    Big shoutout to YOU!

You’re a high achiever with the education, experience, and passion who is nothing less than an asset to your school and district. Not to mention, your commitment to implementing equitable practices means you’re the definition of a trailblazer.

That’s why you need co-conspirators who support your growth as a school leader, specifically as you -

    • Dismantle harmful practices that impact students of color

    • Question the status quo without fear of judgment or retaliation

    • Overcome paralyzing fears and limiting beliefs that prevent you from taking action

    • Take on any challenges that stand in your way without compromising fairness

    • Lead others to make decisions for the betterment of ALL students

…and most importantly, rallying against the damaging effects of white supremacy and racism as a means to protect and empower Black, Indigenous, and students of color.

Good news! It’s time you meet the tag team who can help you take ACTION.

    Hi, Transformational Leaders!

We’re Elin and Christina - two powerful women of color, real-life homies, passionate coaches, proud Oaklanders, and lifelong learners. Combined, we have over 30 years in education with walls of degrees and certifications, but we’re just getting started!

As thought leaders and partners, we're working diligently to revolutionize how school leaders tackle issues of systemic racism, bias, and disregard for the well-being of Black, Indigenous, and students of color.

Having served in the classrooms and as administrators, our experiences speak volumes about our commitment to helping school leaders like you. In other words, we’ve been there, done that, and we desire to guide you as you navigate the sometimes choppy waters of leadership.

It’s safe to say that we’re a dynamic duo.

We understand how difficult it is to become a trailblazer in a system that feels much bigger than you. It can feel like an uphill battle when your goal is to transform a broken infrastructure that thrived well before you became an educator. But we also know how frustrating it can be to accept unjust systemic practices that have misrepresented our Black, Indigenous, and students of color for decades.

That’s why we’re dedicated to speaking up and empowering leaders to take a stand with us.

Let us help you disrupt non-inclusive practices and renovate a broken school system through equitable leadership skills.

Dr. Macalino and Dr. Peinado are exceptional school leaders...

Who know firsthand the intense demands of the role and what it takes to meaningfully and equitably serve all students. In our time together at Skyline High School, I never saw them do anything strictly for compliance's sake. They understand all too deeply that quality needs to permeate all layers of a school’s program, from the foundational structure as designed in the master schedule and organization of the student body and teaching staff to the professional development needed to develop and nurture effective teacher collaboration to ensure improved outcomes for students. They bring vision, innovation, skill, and excellent organizational practices to the work.

Use transformative leadership & social consciousness as your SUPERPOWERS.

We hate to break it to you, but…

Tip-toeing around racial conversations, accepting the faulty status quo, and claiming allyship without action won’t push the needle forward. You must first change your mindset to bridge the gap between allyship and transformational leadership.

Consider this a reminder that -

    You can overcome imposter syndrome

You can use your voice and expertise to elicit immediate and powerful change

You can find a community of like-minded educators to help you in your mission

You can provide the most successful, resource-abundant environment for ALL students

…and most importantly, you can become an ambitious leader that others respect, while creating and sustaining habits that keep YOU healthy and far from burnout.

"This was my first year as a principal and I was feeling very overwhelmed. I had been a vice principal for two years prior, and I did not realize how much more a principal did that I wasn’t aware of. There were a lot of systems I did not know how to organize, and meetings I was not sure if I was leading as effectively as I wanted. Thanks to the leadership coaching, I grew more confident in my areas of strength and started centering every aspect of my work in connection to our school's vision and mission. Leading our staff conversations with our mission and vision at the core allowed us to focus our work on our WHY with intentionality."
